It was clear that the trainers understood the course material and there was a great comfort in knowing that tough and real life questions could be fired at them, and detailed suggestions and improvements given back by way of response. In some case it might have been easier for the trainers to say it was outside the scope of the course learnings, but that was never the case. No matter what problem was highlighted, the trainers were willingly to step up and give their views on it.”
