Designed for senior executives, this course is also suited for anyone in an organisation needing a broad introduction to Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) in particular, and Lean/Agile thinking in general.

This course is designed for senior leaders and anyone who will be directly involved in the organisation, budgeting, and prioritisation for lean portfolios, value streams, trains and teams.

This course is designed for launching new teams and trains, for re-launching existing teams and trains, and for individuals preparing to join existing teams and trains.

This course is designed for anyone who prepares stories for a team’s backlog, and collaborates with others doing so for teams on an Agile Release Train. This course also covers the basics of the Product Manager role (covered in detail in the Agile Product Management course). Customer focus and Backlog management are key elements of this course.

This course is for those that have an intermediate level of understanding of Agile and will take on the role of Scrum Master / Team Coach for a team. More importantly you will earn about the importance of collaborating with other SMs and the RTE on your ART.
