• Five structural elements of a talk, harnessing technology, using MS PowerPoint™ to enhance your presentation, how to memorise a presentation, how to start and finish, how to present remotely using various online platforms.
• Five sections on managing presentations, reducing nerves, controlling the speaking environment, maximising mindset, being powerful in the speaking space.
• Five parts of how to accelerate speaking progress, how to apply the Powerful Presenting for Leaders framework to different types of talks, final assessment.
• Develop an action plan for continuous improvement.

There are no specific prerequisites for this course.

This masterclass is promoted within our suite of ‘Board level’ leadership development options. It is therefore recommended that participants attending, are currently operating at a senior level of leadership, with a view to further develop their skills and competencies within the leadership arena.
