This course is designed for anyone who prepares stories for a team’s backlog, and collaborates with others doing so for teams on an Agile Release Train. This course also covers the basics of the Product Manager role (covered in detail in the Agile Product Management course). Customer focus and Backlog management are key elements of this course.
